The PVC glue Nauticol is a two-component solvent-based polyurethane, used generally in naval industry.
It is used for the manufacture and reparation of inflatable boats, RIBs boats, inflatable rafts or flexible PVC accessories.
Recommended for materials with long exposures to high temperatures and in contact with water.
Formulated with a base resin, it is a product highly recommended for his good resistance to hydrolysis, UV rays and to high temperatures

The Nauticol glue is a two component polyurethane adhesive in solvent based, for use in the shipbuilding industry for the manufacture or repair of RIBs boats, inflatables, rafts or flexible PVC accessories that will be exposed at high temperatures or in contact with water.
With very good centering tack and a high value of initial adhesion. Formulated with a base resin which offer very good resistance to hydrolysis, UV rays and high temperatures.
Supports crosslinking with isocyanate “Nauticol Reticulante Plus” and “Nauticol Reticulante N.A”.

Post-life (mixture life): 1 – 1,5 hours
Open time: Medium – High
By reactivation heat: 30 to 90 minutes (with 5% Reticulante Nauticol N.A.)
Reactivation of temperature: 50 – 70ºC
Application temperature: + 10ºC
Setting time: 24 to 48 hours
Mixture 3 to 7% with Reticulante Nauticol N.A.
Good for a period of 12 months, preserving sealed containers and in a cool, dry place.
