Tejido Neopreno Hypalon

El tejido Neopreno Hypalon Orca es otro de los tejidos adecuados para la construcción y reparación de los flotadores de las semirrígidas, neumáticas o accesorios inflables. La lona está formada por una capa de Hypalon la cual le proporciona resistencia climática, química y a la abrasión.

Además de una capa de Neopreno que le configura gran poder hermético y la máxima capacidad de adhesión y una última capa de fibras de resistencia concediéndole una estabilidad dimensional y mayor resistencia tanto al desgarro como a la tensión. Al igual que los tejidos de PVC también disponemos de una gran variedad de colores.

Tejido PVC Mehler

El tejido PVC Mehler es un tejido fino y moldeable ideal para remates, acabados o aquellas zonas difíciles de pegar, ya sean costuras, interiores, solapas o bien escalones. Está totalmente recubierto de PVC siendo un plástico duro y resistente. Esta resistencia va desde impactos, resistencia mecánica y ambientes agresivos, además de una gran longevidad.

Se caracteriza por ser un tejido muy ligero con un grosor de medio milímetro, aproximadamente, lo que permite que sea el tejido perfecto para esas zonas difíciles y remates. Su resistencia al calor supera los 70ºC llegando a soportar también mínimas temperaturas de -50ºC. Este modelo de tejido PVC Mehler que os presentamos en la siguiente imagen es de 630 gramos del cual disponemos de una gran gama de colores.

Recomendaciones

- El tejido PVC es más económico frente al Neopreno Hypalon, sin embargo, el neopreno es un material mucha más duradero, requiera una mayor inversión pero más durabilidad.

- A la hora de trabajar con el PVC, si es para una reparación sobre este tejido, tan solo hay que limpiar la zona con disolvente. Podríamos utilizar el disolvente de Nauticol como es el MEK especial para tejidos PVC y no hace falta lijar el flotador, ya se produce el pegado del parche o tejido directamente y podríamos utilizar el pegamento para PVC.

- Este pegamento, aparte de tener gran resistencia y de larga durabilidad, no amarillea. En cambio, si estamos reparando sobre Neopreno Hypalon, primero, habría que lijar la zona y luego limpiarla con disolvente Tolueno. Luego, proceder con el pegado, utilizando la cola Nauticol Neopreno especial para este tejido.
