• Preparación

Lo primero que debemos hacer es limpiar el flotador de nuestra embarcación, ya sea semirrígida o neumática, con agua y jabón. Para eliminar cualquier resto de suciedad o grasa que pueda haber. Una vez limpio, se debe secar bien. También debemos proteger cualquier zona que no queramos pintar con cinta de carrocero.

• Pulido

Una vez que el tubular esté limpio y seco, procedemos a pulir la superficie suavemente. Esto se hace para mejorar la adherencia de la pintura. Utilizaremos una lija de grano fino y puliremos la superficie en sentido circular. 

• Aplicación de la Pintura

Realizados los pasos anteriores, el flotador estará listo para pintar. Para ello, os recomendamos la línea de Pinturas Nubian disponibles en nuestra sección de “Pinturas y Antifouling” en una amplia gama de colores (si no tienes claro cuál sería la idónea para tu embarcación, no dudes en ponerte en contacto con nosotros para que podamos ayudarte). Todas nuestras pinturas son de gran calidad, especialmente diseñadas para el uso y la protección de flotadores/tubulares.

Este producto es muy fácil de aplicar. Se puede utilizar tanto con brocha como con rodillo, aunque se recomienda el uso de un compresor y una pistola de pintura para obtener los mejores resultados. Antes de su aplicación, deberá agitarse o removerse muy bien para que quede totalmente homogénea. 

Una vez preparada, aplicamos una capa uniforme por toda la superficie del flotador a tratar, evitando que queden burbujas o excesos de pintura. Después, la dejamos secar, durante un mínimo de 12 horas, antes de aplicar la segunda capa. Por último, aplicamos la segunda capa también de manera uniforme y dejamos secar. 

• Protección

Cuando toda la pintura esté completamente seca, procederemos a retirar la cinta de carrocero de las partes que no hemos pintado. Seguidamente aplicamos un protector solar, para evitar la degradación de la pintura y proteger al flotador de los rayos UV. 

Con estos sencillos pasos, habremos logrado pintar flotador de nuestra embarcación semirrígida o neumática. Es importante seguir cada paso con cuidado y prestar mucha atención a los tiempos de secado para obtener los mejores resultados y asegurar la durabilidad de la pintura.
